Our Story

Built Around One Job: Component MRO

RepMan was founded in 1998 as the regional airline industry began outsourcing component maintenance rather than keeping it in-house. Since then, we have stayed focused on exactly that one job — component overhaul, repair, and modification — rather than expanding into unrelated services.

That focus is deliberate. As the industry has consolidated around a handful of large integrated players, RepMan has remained an independent partner: not tied to a single OEM, airline group, or leasing company, and free to prioritise your fleet's actual maintenance needs over a parent company's agenda.
